A lovely NOLA cocktail for all occasions.

• Ingredients for one cocktail:
• 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp honey (or to taste)
• 1 oz cognac or gin
• 4 oz champagne or prosecco

How to cook French 75

1. In a cocktail shaker add lemon juice, honey and cognac. Add ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into cocktail glass, top with champagne.
