Harris always says that the whole raving over the crust thing in pies is ridiculous. For him it’s all about the filling. But then it isn’t a pie. And the crust is totally worth raving about when it’s great which often, it is not. And then there’s the whole sugar problem. So I decided to make a dessert that recalls the blueberry pie without the crust (low carb!) and no added sugar. We really liked it, hope you do, too! In the comments below, give us your pie thoughts.
